These Terms & Conditions govern participation in sessions delivered by Top-Notch Football LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By booking or attending a session, the parent or legal guardian (“you”) agrees to these terms.
2. Parent / Guardian Responsibility
For children aged 18 months to 5 years:
- A parent or legal guardian must remain present for the duration of the session.
- You remain responsible for your child’s supervision and behaviour at all times.
- Our coaches lead activities but do not assume parental responsibility.
3. Health & Medical Information
You must inform us of any relevant medical conditions, allergies, injuries or additional support needs before participation.
We rely on the accuracy of the information you provide.
In the event of an emergency, you authorise us to seek appropriate medical assistance if required.

5. Behaviour Expectations
All parents, guardians and participants must:
- Treat staff and other families with respect
- Avoid aggressive or inappropriate behaviour
- Refrain from unauthorised filming of other children
- Follow venue safety rules
We reserve the right to refuse participation where behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
6. Photography & Filming by Parents
Parents may take photographs or videos of their own child only.
Photographing or filming other children without consent is not permitted.
7. Fees, Payments & Cancellations
Session fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Refunds are not provided for missed sessions unless required by law.
We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (including severe weather or venue issues). Where this occurs, an alternative session or credit may be offered.
8. Limitation of Liability
Participation in physical activity carries inherent risk.
We are responsible for delivering sessions with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.
